Virtual Online Classroom allows you to interact with Mr. Pickard as you would in a traditional classroom.
The virtual classroom interface used for all courses is MeritHub.
Recorded classes are available as an option.
All you need is a computer, internet connection, headset and webcam (if your computer does not have one built-in).
Classes meet 1 - 2 times weekly.
Class size ranges from 2 - 12 students.
(*) Select high school classes that meet twice weekly and one-on-one sessions incur a higher fee.

General Information

All clourses are one year, divided into two semesters. They are offered live in the classroom, at your home (or some other designated place) or online (live or pre-recorded).
Courses are taught as classes (two or more students) or as private, one-on-one instruction sessions.
Once the registration and deposit have been received, a detailed syllabus giving specific information for each class will be sent-out via email.
Weekly progress reports are emailed to parents and students to keep track of academic performance.
Family discount available for two or more children enrolled in courses. Email for details.

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS - HIGH SCHOOL COURSES

Those middle school students who have an advanced academic aptitude are welcome to enroll in any of the offered high school courses.

SPECIAL NOTE CONCERNING LATIN CLASSES

A special accommodation can be made to those students who are enrolled in a dedicated homeschool program (e.g., Seton, Kolbe Academy) that require the use of a specific curriculum / text (e.g, Henle Latin, Jenney's Latin). Please email for details.

IN-HOME PRIVATE INSTRUCTION / PERSONALIZED TUTORING

Personalized, individual instruction or tutoring in the comfort of your own home or other venue is available for a fee of $35 - $45 per hour, in a two hour minimum time-slot.

TEXT BOOKS

Required student texts may be ordered and purchased online at vendors such as catholictextbookproject.com, memoriapress.com, amazon.com, alibris.com, or abebooks.com.
